Party Hill District consist of Soler, and 2one2. Two twenty-somethings with a dream. They make all types of music, including electronic, dance, dub-step, rock, rap, pop and anything else you can conjure. PHD has a variety of influences from different genres. Based off of Houston, PHD only wants to travel and perform around the world, and learn about the universe in the process.
